What is a Punjab Himmat Card?
The Punjab Himmat Card is a financial aid initiative aimed at supporting disabled persons in Punjab who are struggling with poverty. - Employment Status: Applicants must be classified as NOT FIT TO WORK.
- Current Employment: Applicants should not be employed in any government or private sector.
- Previous Grants: Should not have recently received grants from Bait-ul-Maal, Zakat Fund, PSPA, BISP, or similar programs.
- PMT Score: The BISP-issued PMT score should not exceed 37.
- Updated Information: Basic data (CNIC, address, mobile number, education, and experience) must be current in the DPMIS system.

Himmat Card Apply Online Registration Process Via PSER Web Portal
There are two simple ways to apply for the Punjab Himmat Card for disabled individuals online from home using the PSER survey:

- Punjab’s citizens can visit https://pser.punjab.gov.pk.
- Enter your CNIC full name, CNIC number, mobile network, mobile number, and email address.
- Create a strong, easy-to-remember password for future logins.
- Re-enter the password to confirm it.
- Click the “Register” button to complete the process.
2nd
They can also call the helpdesk at Tel:0800-02345 for assistance with Himmat Card registration in the Socio-Economic Survey.

Bank of Punjab to Issue 65,000 Punjab Himmat Cards for Disabled Individuals
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signed: Agreement between Department of Social Welfare and Bank of Punjab, with Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif present.
- Card Distribution: 65,000 ATM cards will be issued.
- First Phase: 40,000 cards distributed, with payments starting September 15th 2024.
- Second Phase: 25,000 additional cards to be issued later.
- Payment Details: Each recipient will receive Rs 10,500 quarterly (Every 3 Months).
