30% Quota for Women in Punjab through Himmat Card in 2024

The government has set aside 30% of the Himmat Card program for women and 70% for men to support gender equality. This means women have a better chance to benefit from the program, helping them break the usual barriers that stop them from being part of the economy.

The program encourages women to become financially independent and improve their money situation. While it helps both men and women, the main focus is on giving women more opportunities in jobs that men usually do.

If you know some needy people with disabilities who meet the criteria and could benefit from this initiative, encourage them to apply through the PSER Survey, available online on the Pakistan Government Web Portal.

This financial aid program reflects the government’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and welfare, ensuring that those in need receive the necessary support to live with dignity.
